We stayed in the hotel night before an early flight from the nearby airport. Check in staff very helpful and room was perfect for our short stay. The hotel has a pool which we didn't use but it looked to be of a good standard. The hotel bar and outside seating area was very good. The food in the restaurant was of good quality. We would use this hotel again

From the moment I entered the staff were brilliant. The lady at the reception, the bartender who was rushed off his feet and the breakfast team. They were all perfect. Ibis just need to update the property and it would be top. Internet dropped out all the time. The place looks very dated and as if nobody has bothered with it for 20 years. The staff keep this place going.

It was a huge relief that the hotel was able to provide interconnecting rooms for us and our two children. The rooms were comfortable and neat and the location couldn't have been better considering we had a very early flight the next morning; having a shuttle to the airport was a godsend. Also there was a very nice breakfast available considering it was 4am.

We chose this as we had a very early flight. The shuttle doesn't starts until 5am so we walked but it was an easy 15 minute walk, all on sidewalks. The restaurant a bit pricey for an airport hotel but the food was fine.

Proximity to the airport. You could walk if you did not have a lot of luggage. Nice pedestrian path between hotel and airport. Other travelers had left luggage carts at the hotel if needed. Employees were very professional and friendly. Hotel and an onsite restaurant.

Front desk staff very accommodating and hotel really close to our terminal. A good distraction to spend late afternoon around the pool. Good black out room curtains ! Also the gentleman in charge at the dining room was very attentive and checked in on us to make sure our dinner was good!

The room was comfortable although on the small size. Breakfast : a good choice of viennoiseries, bread, cakes, dairy products, cereals and hot drinks. The alternative to cow milk ie soja milk was very much appreciated. Staff : very helpful and pleasant. Transport from and to the airport was quick and again the drivers were very pleasant.

Location to the airport. Restaurant was lovely. Outside space was very pleasant Very efficient shuttle bus. Staff were excellent.

All the staff were all most helpful and polite in dealing with a late check in and very early departure, the shuttle driver was so helpful on collecting from the terminal after bus arrival from Marseilles train station ,just press direct link button at taxi stop , check in perfect and helpful on departure , room simple and clean , breakfast buffet basic but as required , decided to walk to airport as it was 4:30-am and it took 10 ‘mins max , for a short stop over it is ideal .

The hotel is very close to the airport, you can walk there in 10-12 minutes. But the convenient route is not obvious, it's better to go through a few parkings.
